Miracle Worker (“we,” “us”) shares the paintings of Jacque Konkowski at miracleworker.life. This policy explains what we collect through the site, why, and what we do with it. It describes what actually happens, and we will update it if that changes.

What we collect
We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. There are no accounts and no logins on this site.
- Request a Painting form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the scripture or theme you have in mind, whether the painting is a memorial and who it honors, the size, where it will hang, and anything else you write.
- Contact form: your name, email address, the painting you are asking about, and your message.
- Email signups (“Follow along” and the prints waitlist): your email address.
- If you email, call or pay us: whatever you send or tell us, and our reply.
- Technical information: like every website, our host (Netlify) receives standard technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. It uses these to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use them to identify you.
What we do not collect
- We run no analytics: no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- We run no advertising or tracking pixels of any kind on this website.
- We never take card details on this site. See Payments below.
- We do not buy information about you or add to what you give us from other sources.
How we use it
We use what you give us to answer you, plan and paint a commission, arrange payment and pickup or delivery, and send the emails you asked for. That is all.
Email updates
If you sign up to follow along, you will get an email when Jacque adds a new painting or when a painting becomes available. These emails are sent automatically when the website changes. If you join the prints waitlist, you will hear from us when prints are ready. Nothing else.
Your email address is kept in our email service, Kit, which sends these emails. Like most email services, Kit records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. Every email has an unsubscribe link that removes you straight away, or you can write to jacque@miracleworker.life.
Payments
Payments are never made on this website. When you pay:
- By card (when offered), you pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your full card number.
- By Venmo, you pay in the Venmo app or website.
We receive your name, the amount, and any note you add. Stripe’s and Venmo’s own privacy policies cover what they collect.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, share it for anyone’s advertising, or trade it for anything of value. A few services handle information for us:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Our fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser does not contact Google or other outside services while you browse here. If you follow a link to Stripe or Venmo, those sites have their own cookies and policies.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and commission details as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of each painting and who it belongs to. We keep your email address on our update list until you ask to be removed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to jacque@miracleworker.life. There is no charge, and we will reply within a few days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
